Just like in-person therapy, we’ll talk face-to-face, work on your goals, and create a space where you can be heard and supported. You’ll still receive the same level of care, connection, and depth—just in a different format.
How Does Online Therapy Work?
- Sessions are scheduled just like in-person therapy—typically 53-60 minutes
- I’ll send you a secure video link before each session
- You simply click the link and join from a quiet, private place
- We talk, explore, process, and work together, just as we would in an office
- You can use headphones or white noise machines to increase privacy
